What to Expect
- Meet at Toyota of Muncie between 7:00 – 7:30AM (First Shift), 9:00 – 9:30AM (Second Shift) or 11:00 – 11:30AM (Third Shift). Check in at entry table.
- You will want to assign 1 person to each bag of gifts. Each bag is a different person in the family. Check your list to make sure each family member has a bag.
- Once the presents are wrapped, put them back into their bag. Keep the family’s bags grouped together to prevent losing any of them. Once all the presents are wrapped, look for one of the volunteers at the end of your table to collect the bags.
- You will have around 4-5 families worth of presents, or around 20 minutes per family to wrap and prepare for delivery
- Reload supplies as needed
Wrapping teams are made up of 4-5 people. Team leaders will be emailed this form to fill out and turn in on the day of the event. Don’t forget to spread the word about Secret Families – and have fun!
